We invite you to apply for a Wittek Prefferred Charge Account. Please fill out the credit application found in the back of the Wittek price list. Our terms are 2% 10, net 30 days, from invoice date. Invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge. If you do not have a Wittek Preferred Charge Account, your order will be shipped C.O.D. To avoid C.O.D. charges, prepaid orders are acceptable. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. It is necessary to provide a Retailer's Exemption Certificate or Resale Number. If not, a resale or use tax will be charged on all items. All orders are subject to tax where applicable. Wittek reserves the right to change prices without notice. Check your invoices when received for current prices. Wittek will make every effort possible to minimize any price changes.

Small Orders: We'll gladly fill any size order. Please note: The 2% discount does not apply to orders under $30.00, and a $5.00 surcharge will be applied.

Shipping: F.O.B. Shipping Point, via UPS, Parcel Post or Common Carrier. Transportation charges via Common Carrier are to be paid upon receipt of goods by customer. All other shipping charges are applicable to invoice.

Claims: All orders are carefully packaged for safe shipment. If you receive a broken or damaged carton, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Notify Wittek Golf within five days of receipt of goods if there is a discrepancy with your order.

Returns: You may only return merchandise with our written authorization. Upon consent, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt, freight prepaid. All return items are subject to inspection before credit is authorized. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. Credits will be applied to your account only. Personalized and custom-made items may not be returned. We are confident you will be satisfied with all of our products. If you are ever dissatisfied with any purchase, please call us.
